Highlights from the GIBS 2025 Leadership Conference

The 2025 GIBS Leadership Conference brought together leaders from across companies to align on the GIBS Advantage, deepen 80/20 leadership capabilities, and preview what’s ahead. 

We recently concluded the 2025 GIBS Leadership Conference at the Scottsdale Marriott McDowell Mountains in Scottsdale, Arizona. This year’s event brought together executive and functional leaders from a diverse range of companies, providing a valuable opportunity to align across businesses, exchange ideas, and reinforce our collective focus on operational excellence. 

Throughout the conference, participants engaged in targeted sessions—including a leadership panel, a deep dive into the GIBS Advantage, and focused training on applying the 80/20 principle in a leadership context. These discussions equipped leaders with practical tools to prioritize high-impact activities, reduce complexity, and accelerate performance within their organizations. 

Following the sessions, attendees had the opportunity to connect and network during an evening reception in the Arizona sunshine, building relationships that will strengthen collaboration. 

The conference concluded with a live demonstration of the GIBS Learning Management System (LMS), along with an early preview of the GIBS courses launching in 2025. These resources are designed to extend access to critical training and empower teams at every level to execute with clarity and confidence.
